All our orders are shipped via SkyNet Worldwide Express/DHL/Fedex with door to door delivery service. It usually takes 5-8 days to deliver the package once shipped from our warehouse unless any exceptions. Your package status can be tracked from their respective websites any time.

Returns

FBR has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. We have a 10 days return policy which means you can return within 10 days after you receive the order. Refunds

Refunds are accepted incase of damage product, delay in delivery, not shipped or items not as described. As soon as you encounter these issues, you can let us know. After our evaluation, we can refund as required.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of order confirmation. Usually orders are processed within 2 - 3 hours after we receive your payment. Cancellation after 12 hours is subject to 8% fee. You can cancel your order by logging into your acccount in our website or write an email with order id at info@feltballrugs.com
